Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service
Greet and welcome guests, prioritizing upselling and assisting with questions about games. Provide friendly and attentive service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Help create a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
2. Housekeeping
Maintain cleanliness throughout the arcade, including game areas, prize counters, and common spaces. Regularly clean high-touch surfaces, handle rubbish and recycling, and ensure the arcade is presentable and safe. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
3. Stocking Machines and Inventory Support
Monitor and refill prize machines, and game supplies. Ensure the prize display is organized and fully stocked to create an appealing selection for guests. Inform the Team Leader or Manager of any low stock levels or supply needs promptly.
4. Reporting Technical Problems
Regularly inspect games and machines for any signs of malfunction or technical issues. Immediately report any problems with machines or equipment to the Team Leader or Manager for resolution. Keep track of any recurring issues and assist in documenting them for maintenance purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £6.40-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
Additional pay:
