Rydon Maintenance is an expanding division of the Rydon Group and is successfully providing facilities management services to a variety of clients, predominantly within the healthcare and housing association sectors. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll take inbound calls from our customers reporting repairs and provide an excellent customer experience on every call. You will be trained to provide technical advice to residents to help diagnose faults and raise repair appointment requests where a trained engineer is required. You will make sure customers feel like the priority and are fully informed throughout the repair process. Training and Career Progression For your first three months, the role will focus on training and developing your customer service skills and basic technical knowledge to diagnose repair needs. After successful completion you will enter the next stage of development, receiving further training to enhance your building/repair knowledge and handle more complex calls. We offer a competitive starting salary along with excellent benefits. All our customer service advisor roles take inbound calls only; there is no cold calling required. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Benefits A competitive salary of £26,639 per annum. Structured grading programme with opportunities to increase salary. 25 days holiday. Pension.
