**Duties**
- Develop and implement programmes tailored to the needs of individuals or groups.
- Foster positive relationships with people, encouraging their participation in activities.
- Monitor and record the progress of participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork and social skills.
- Assist in creating a safe environment by adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Being an integral member of staff on our PL Kicks, Talk of the Town and Pitch Positive sessions.

**Qualifications**
- Youth Work Level 2 (Essential)
- Safeguarding Children & Vulnerable People* (Essential)
- Safeguarding Adults* (Essential)
- FA Emergency First Aid and/or First Aid at Work* (Essential)
- FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification (Desirable)
- FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification (Desirable)
- Other NGB Level 2 Qualification (Desirable)
Can be achieved after appointment in role*
**Experience**
- Previous community-based experience and/or working with children and young people in community and/or youth work settings.
- Ability to be flexible with delivery times as the role will require working evenings and possibly weekends.
- Experience of planning and leading sports activities for children and young people.
- Experience of working with vulnerable and older people in community settings.
- Ability to develop relationships with people from disengaged communities and provide a positive experience for all.
- A 'can do' attitude with evidence of leadership skills with a proven ability to support and motivate others to reach their full potential.
