wift Placements are working with a Law firm based in York City Centre who are looking to recruit for a Front Desk Receptionsit on a Part Time Basis. The Front Desk Receptionsit will provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
The successful canddiate will be the first point of contact for clients - Meeting and greeting in the reception, dealing with telephone calls, managing the advice inbox and performing a key part in delivering excellent customer service. This role is essentially a split role between reception and taking calls in the phone room.
**The package**:
Part time position/ Flexible working
Monday to Friday
Hours: 10:00am
- 3:00pm, 25 hours per week.
Salary on offer: £22,350- £22,650 per annum DOE
26 days holiday plus bank holidays with the potential to increase up to 29 days on qualifying length of service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Support**:
- Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services the firm has to offer.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate client records and update databases as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute client-related documentation, including reports, invoices, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
**Communication**:
- Communicate client needs and feedback to relevant departments.
- Assist in the development and distribution of client communication materials.
- Ensure timely and clear communication with clients regarding updates and changes.
**Support for Client Services Team**:
- Assist the Client Services Manager and team with various administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service strategy discussions.
- Provide backup support during peak times or staff absences.
**Experience & Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or Receptionist role.
- Experience in a legal setting is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial.
