**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in Norwich. Based at our Barrack Street location, this role is vital in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation.
- Supervise stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Collaborate with store management to plan displays and promotional setups.
- Maintain visual standards consistent with brand guidelines.
- Lead and motivate team members involved in merchandising activities.
- Analyze sales data to inform product placement decisions.
- Manage inventory records accurately and efficiently.
- Support administrative tasks related to merchandising operations.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven supervising experience in a retail or merchandising environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail display is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills, including multilingual abilities, are advantageous.
- Administrative experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
