Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our team in Norwich. Based at our Barrack Street location, this role is vital in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand standards. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation.
  • Supervise stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with store management to plan displays and promotional setups.
  • Maintain visual standards consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Lead and motivate team members involved in merchandising activities.
  • Analyze sales data to inform product placement decisions.
  • Manage inventory records accurately and efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks related to merchandising operations.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a retail or merchandising environment.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in merchandising or retail display is highly desirable.
  • Good communication skills, including multilingual abilities, are advantageous.
  • Administrative experience is a plus.
