We are looking for
a 7.5T driver to join our team at Wincanton in Blackburn on the night shift, where we provide logistics services for our exciting aerospace customer. As a 7.5T driver you will be responsible for the collection and delivery of small to large high-value consignments that require special handling conditions.

**Day to Day**- Collection and delivery of small to large high-value consignments that require special handling conditions- Consistently ensure customer expectations are met- Ensure all documentation is completed and returned accurately at the end of each shift- Adhere to specific time restrictions given under current legislation- Adhere to legislative regulations and company policies- Driving activities will generally consist of inter-site and intra-site deliveries, supplier collections around the Northwest, however nationwide deliveries and collections may be required.- Cross training on warehouse activities may be given to offer flexibility and business continuity to the operation

**What will you bring?**- Must have a valid 7.5T licence- Full DCPC Qualification- Strong communication skills, particularly verbal, to develop good working relationships with colleagues and customers- A responsible and reliable attitude- Experience of multi drop collection and deliveries together with experience of working in a warehouse environment will be an advantage, although full training will be provided- The ability to safely lift or move heavy items- A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude as
start
and finish times may vary in line with WTD and EU Drivers Hours Regulations- A reasonable amount of overtime will be expected- Good geographical knowledge
