7.5t Driver at Financial & Credit Independence We are looking for a skilled 7.5-ton driver to join our dynamic team in Preston. The role offers flexible work opportunities without long-term commitment, competitive pay rates, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities Operate a 7.5‑ton vehicle safely and efficiently to transport goods and packages to various locations within Preston and the surrounding areas. Follow designated routes and comply with all relevant traffic laws and regulations. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while providing exceptional customer service. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle condition and report issues promptly. Handle packages with care, ensuring secure loading/unloading to prevent damage. Maintain accurate delivery records, noting any deviations from the planned route or schedule. Execute up to 20 stops per day. Work Monday to Friday starting at 10:00 am (shift: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm). Requirements Valid UK driving licence with category C1 entitlement for 7.5‑ton vehicles. Proven experience as a 7.5‑ton driver, preferably in a delivery or logistics environment. Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance. Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset. Valid CPC and Tacho certificates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
