You will also create and update delivery requests and process dispatch reports. In order to be successful in this role, you must sustain a good working relationship with customers and clients, and deal with any queries they may have whilst providing a high level of customer service. " Experience of dealing with customers over the telephone " Customer service and administration skills " To be organised and prioritise work loads " Previous experience of using Microsoft Office and Windows " Knowledge of the construction industry is desirable
