**About the Role**

The Social Media Producer is a key player in driving our brand's unique voice and establishing our digital presence. This role is designed for a content creator who lives and breathes sports, knows what makes fans tick, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will craft engaging, entertaining, and innovative social content that captivates audiences and fuels our growth strategy across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more. If you're passionate about creating fresh content that speaks to a sports audience and want to be part of a team that's redefining social engagement in the sports space, this role is for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and produce visually engaging, authentic and relatable content (videos, images, memes, etc.) tailored for maximum reach and engagement on social platforms.
- Implement our editorial strategy and principles to ensure a cohesive, always-on social presence that reflects our brand's tone of voice and values.
- Cultivate a sense of belonging and loyalty within the sports community, representing our brand authentically and building a community of engaged followers.
- Partner with other business units to develop a content strategy that’s both nimble and impactful, aligning with broader company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with sports narratives, trends, and fan-driven conversations, seamlessly weaving them into content that resonates with our audience.
- Create detailed editorial plans focused on key proposition periods, elevating our brand’s visibility and relevance during critical sports moments.

**About You**
- Social Media Savvy - In-depth understanding of social media trends, particularly within sports and comedy. You know how to craft content that’s both shareable and memorable.
- Experience - Proven track record as a social content creator or producer with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver engaging, humor-infused content on various platforms.
- Sports Enthusiast - Deep knowledge of sports culture and the narratives that resonate with fans, enabling you to bring timely and relevant content ideas to the table.
- Creative & Collaborative - Skilled at brainstorming and ideation sessions, you’re not afraid to push the envelope and try something new, while fostering a collaborative environment with team members.
- Organised & Efficient - Able to manage content calendars and production timelines in a fast-paced setting, ensuring quality content delivery in real-time.
