**Job Overview**
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You will play a crucial role in managing our online reputation and fostering relationships with our community through various social media platforms. In addition to this, you will manage our Trust Pilot account and contact customers to ensure that our high level of customer service reputation is maintained.

**Duties**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content tailored to each platform to drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and community engagement while responding promptly to comments and messages.
- Monitor and maintain our Trust Pilot profile, responding to reviews left by our customers and taking matters further if any complaints are received.
- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and public relations.
- Assist in the development of public relations initiatives that complement social media efforts.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in social media management or a related field is essential.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
