**Rebound Social are looking for a new supervisor to join the team**

We are a small but rapidly growing sports/social bar on Wellington street just 2 minutes from Leeds train station. At Rebound we are all about being a chilled out relaxed bar to chat with your mates over a few beverages. Our environment ranges from subtle background music with after work drinkers to full commentary for major sports fixtures, we aim to provide a little something for everyone. For us it is all about great customer service with creating a home away from home atmosphere where customers feel like they are guests in our home. We like a good laugh here and don't take life too seriously, just as you wouldn't if you were hosting a party for your friends in your home.

Our opening hours are 12pm-10pm (Sun-Thu) 12pm-11pm (Fri-Sat) We feel this is a positive of the position as the majority of bar jobs in the city centre are often very late working hours. We are looking for someone that is flexible in their availability and who is looking for roughly 15-20 hours a week. We are just as flexible Booking time off is very simple and almost always accepted apart from odd occasions where we expect to be extremely busy We also offer 50% off all Food & Drink, this is available 7 Days a week, just no alcoholic drinks to be had whilst on shift unfortunately.

We need someone who is on the same page as us, that wants the venue to continue to grow and can hit the ground running with our service ethos to help us to generate more return custom via providing a positive customer experience. Food handling is a part of the job here, although we do only operate a small on bar kitchen producing, Pizza, Chips & Chicken Wings (which all have a very simple cooking methods) we do like to ensure that what we produce is to a high standard and with the correct training from ourselves you will have this sussed out in no time

If you are enthusiastic, have a positive outlook on customer service, have some experience as a bar supervisor and have worked with food handling before then we would love to hear from you as you might have just found your perfect new money maker.

The full responsibilities of the role will be discussed during the interview process as most of them are very much copy and paste for bar work and having had bar supervisor experience you will already know the score. However, here a few stand out responsibilities of the role so you can be sure that this is the right job for you
- Key holder, trusted to open/close the venue
- careful cash handing following correct the procedures of the end of day cash up
- Producing food with attention to preparation and allergen information
- Comfortable with solo work, typically quiet periods (Sun-Thu)
