**Engage are leading the industry with a pioneering new role combining skills to make a hybrid agent who is trained as a Resolution Officer a Warrant Officer and a Locksmith. All training and support will be provided for long-term progression. This exciting new role will give flexibility and variety with everyday being different.**

**Requirements for the Role**
- A full driving licence (not required in central London areas)
- A clean DBS
- A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
- Good organisation and time planning skills
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
- To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
- Proactively work towards all targets set.
- Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.
- Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.

**Salary: £30,500 per Annum including Car Allowance**
