**The Role**
- Assisting customers to resolve financial difficulties (post COVID-19)
- Information gathering on properties and people
- Engaging with customers who have lost contact with our clients
- Temporary disconnection of commercial water supplies
- Arranging installation of pre-payment utility meters
- Conducting post COVID-19 surveys with commercial customers

**Requirements for the Role**
- A full driving licence (not required in central London areas)
- A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
- A flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to go that extra mile when required
- You should own a good quality android tablet/phablet capable of taking good quality photographs (in some circumstances we may consider supplying this on easy terms)
- Good organisation and time planning skills
- We can offer full or part time roles

An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Resolution Officer to join our Field Resolution team servicing Kings Langley and the surrounding areas. In some circumstances we may offer you work outside your local area that may require overnight stays. Experience is welcomed but not an absolute requirement.

You should have reasonable IT skills and understand that you will be conducting FCA regulated visits to customers that require the recording of all conversations on your android device. Data protection requirements must also be followed at all times.

This self-employed role offers a choice of days to supply your services and is flexible, but end of month company targets will drive certain requirements to supply on specific days.

Full training will be provided. Average training time is 3-5 days and you will be expected to invest this time prior to commencing the role. This investment will reap rewards in the longer term.

**Benefits**

Earning are uncapped but performance driven. We would expect earning to be in excess of £120 per day
