Administrative Support
An opportunity has presented itself for a bubbly, proactive and forward thinking Administrative Assistant to join our Colchester based support team.
Experience in property administration is a bonus, however training will be given. It is essential that the successful applicant has previous skills and experience in providing Administrative Support in a professional services role as they will be providing 1:1 for a fast paced department.
**The role includes**:
- General administrative support to a lively, busy team
- Client and Tenant/Buyer file management and system Data Entry
- Credit Checking - Ensure the procedure is overseen and done correctly as done in-house by Accounts
- Audio Typing onto templates and ensuring these documents are turned around in a timely manner, in line with company KPIs
- Archive files that have been left by surveyors and keep the files in a correct order under compliance
- Telephony support of a high level - dealing with an array of clients and tenants
- Preparing reports for department weekly meetings and ensuring fully up to date
- Attention to detail
- A can-do attitude
- Managing key releases as per surveyor instructions - keep the register in order with RICS compliance
**Job Type**
Full-time Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm based in our Colchester office.
**Salary**
To be discussed.
**Holiday**
20 days holiday pro rata, plus bank holidays. This does rise for long service which will be discussed.
**Required Experience**
1 year in a similar role (Commercial property experience a benefit)
Audio Typing experience
Microsoft Office experience essential for this role

**Commercial Agency Negotiator**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Consultant to join Whybrow, part of the Beresfords Group, and undertake work throughout Essex.
Whybrow are specialists in commercial property based in Essex and are looking to further expand our team across the South East, East Anglia and Greater London. As a specialist in Commercial property, we provide services in Commercial Lettings, Surveying, Valuations and Property Management for our client.
**Duties (including but not limited to)**:
- Preparing commercial property listings and marketing
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and source commercial property to meet their requirements
- Facilitating negotiations on contractual agreements and leases
- Undertaking viewings and negotiations
**Requirements**:
- You must have experience in the commercial property sector
- Recent and relevant experience preferably in Essex
- Full UK driving license
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure, and to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
- Chartered Surveying, RICS qualified is preferred but not essential
**Salary & Benefits**
Dependant upon experience.
**Hours of Work**
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
