Company client currently exclusively partnered with an exciting new entry to the Life Insurance market.
Our client are an Actuarial and programme project specialist and they have seen considerable growth over the last 5 years. Through this organic growth they now require to make a senior hire to help support on a number of transformation projects.
This role will be a Director hire and you will be expected to be able to shape the role how you see fit. The two main areas of focus will be:
1) Providing end to end automated solutions to the business. This will include implementing modern solutions to actuarial systems, financial reporting and MI analysis.
2) Capital Management - capital efficiency, capital reporting and optimisation / allocation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that is going through an exciting time of growth and change. With the primary focus being automation and process improvement you must be able to demonstrate your commercial acumen and how you can adapt to theever changing Life Insurance market.
