With a workforce of more than 1,200 people National Star is one of the region’s largest health and social care and education employers in the region. Keeping on top of HR staff records is an important job and that’s where we’re hoping you will come in.
We’re looking for a HR Administrator who will take the lead in supporting the charity in maintaining up-to-date staff records on our HR system, iTrent. It’s not all down to you though as staff will have self-service access to update their own personal details. However, as a growing organisation we need help adding new starter information onto the system and updating records as staff move into new roles or get promoted.
It goes without saying that, even though you will be working on your own initiative, you will need to be an excellent team player able to work with colleagues to improve processes and procedures and sometimes chase information updates.
You will be part of a team of six HR administrators working in an open plan office at our Ullenwood site. You will report to our HR Admin Manager as well as having regular contact with other key stakeholders within the organisation.
By the very nature of the role you will need to be both accurate and confidential, understanding the GDPR implications of the sensitive personal data that you will be processing. Sound IT skills and a flexible, creative attitude to work will also help you to succeed in this role.
