**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 16:00

With business growing at an incredible speed, we have a new role open as Administrative Assistant.

The role

In your role as Training Coordinator, you will work as part of the Operations Team. You will be responsible for the preparation and management of a full training program including Inductions, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Training and Training Presentations whilst ensuring all records are kept organised and up to date meeting.

You will thrive in a very busy and demanding environment that requires the ability to multi-task effectively, remaining professional at all times. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
- Working to BRC and ISO Standards and retailer requirements
- Compliance of company policies, legislative requirements include financial, health and safety, BRC, ISO standards and HR related issues
- To prepare and manage the training programme for all employees and job roles are Simpsons
- Ensure all training records and trackers are kept up to date at all times
- Coordinate with external training providers to book relevant course
- Maintain employee communication through notice boards and monthly updates
- Meet KPIs for employee training
- Ad hoc projects and duties alongside to aid the Operations team

Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous training or administrative experience or qualification
- Be IT literate in particular knowledge in using Microsoft Office packages
- Have strong communication skills
- Have the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Be flexible and adaptable

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blackpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
