**Liquidity Risk Reporting Senior Manager**

As a Barclays Liquidity Risk Reporting Senior Manager, you will coordinate overall production and submission of Liquidity Risk Reports to internal stakeholders and regulators, whilst ensuring adherence to supporting controls and governance framework, to ensure reporting is accurate, complete and timely. **What will you be doing?**:
- Overseeing daily submission of regulatory reports and MI- attesting to accuracy and completeness of MI
- Driving the migration and implementation of Treasury MI onto our strategic platform
- Actively propose and solicit support for ideas on remediation or enhancements
- Advocating for and enforce that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal processes, Barclays Operational Risk Framework
- Overseeing the change management process for regulatory reports
- Building an Effective Control Environment: Champion a culture where all colleagues understand and follow the framework which the bank follows to manage risk
- Taking personal accountability for ensuring that processes, risks and controls are applied in way that achieves a good outcome for the bank and its customers/clients
- Managing process for ensuring providers and producers of data used by Liquidity Risk are adhering to agreed standards - using tools like controls and governance forums
**What we’re looking for**:
- Proven Balance sheet and Finance skills
- Working knowledge of Reporting Control and Governance frameworks
- Experience in leading teams, either as a line manager or in a matrix/project structure
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Understanding of principals of liquidity risk management within Investment Banking and Financial Services Industry
- Experience in maintaining reports and improving efficiency
- Experience in testing and implementing new processes / reports
