HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

**Job purpose**
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in carrying out their duties.
- To support the TEi business through the delivery of the training agenda.
- To support the HR functions within the H&S department
- To deputise for Labour Resources role during periods of absence.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Assist with operation of TEi payroll and associated systems.
- Assist with administration of pension schemes.
- Assist with the labour recruitment process.
- Assist with maintaining relevant records of performance appraisal year by year.
- Assist with issuing terms/conditions to new labour recruits.
- Assist with the training requirements of all employees as necessary and maintain records accordingly.
- Assist with the maintenance of records of PPE issuance to all personnel.
- Assist the H&S Department in organising occupational health screening appointments.
- Assist with collation and reporting of safety statistics.
- Liaise with external bodies to maximise training grant returns.
- Assist with department and company functions as required.
- Work in accordance with TEi Policies

**Qualifications**
- Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent

**Experience**
- Entry level administrative experience

**Working Conditions**
Normally based at Head Office.

**Reporting to**
Human Resources Manager

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
