This position handles day-to-day service issues within Brokerage. He/She works with hourly and management staff to address process, safety, staffing, and training. This position coordinates the needs and efforts of brokers to ensure customer satisfaction is met. He/She facilitates the smooth execution of procedures and management of systems.

**What You'll Do**:

- Shipment booking and coordination
- Communication with carriers and service providers
- Acting as the first line of support for clerks and junior team members
- Managing daily operations and ensuring continuity of service
- General leadership and support for the team
- Ensuring clear communication, transparency, and dedication to the role

**What You'll Need**:

- Experience with Cargo Wise (operating system used) Preferred
- Prior leadership experience—either in a project-based or permanent team-lead role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in international transportation or logistics
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific, and targeted environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel.
- Self-motivation, a well-organised approach, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience working with deadlines and a strong attention to detail.
