**What You’ll Bring**:
HR Connect is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Consultant to provide essential support to our sales and account management teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer orders, and facilitating smooth communication between customers and account managers.

**What You’ll Achieve**:
As Sales Support Consultant you will:

- Troubleshoot customer orders, account statuses, and other related issues
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute sales strategies
- Stay updated on new product launches and ensure the sales team is fully briefed
- Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience
- Make outbound calls to arrange service-review meetings for customers and account managers, in line with the account management SLA
- Conduct outbound consultative marketing calls to build and maintain relationships with customers and promote HR Connect services
- Support the transition of prospects into active users by working closely with HR Connect’s operational teams and business support

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
- Experience in a hybrid working environment.
