**Outbound Sales Consultant**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established commercial company as an Outbound Sales Consultant

This role will be to work within a friendly team to generate new business, develop and build relationships with existing customers and secure contracts on behalf of private sector customers, whilst providing excellent customer service.

Main duties will include:

- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers using customer networks
- Handling and identifying customer's individual needs
- Securing contracts with customers
- Provide quotations and convert to sales
- Provide service solutions
- Build relationships with suppliers to enhance the quality of service
- Identify opportunities to maximise retention and cross-selling
- Working to KPI's and targets
