**Responsibilities**:

- Nurture relationships and actively grow accounts by forming solid, trusting relationships with your customers
- Get involved in kick off calls to onboard new customers and gather requirements accurately
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to staff customer projects (professional services)
- Leverage your own network (LinkedIn or others) as well as our network to engage our brand, and generate relevant talent/potential hires
- Be painfully detail oriented ensuring we create the best possible experience for our customers and are therefore easy to work with (one of our core values)

Required Experience:

- A background in technical contract recruitment/resourcing/staffing
- At least 3 years’ experience resourcing and/or recruiting a wide range of technical and delivery roles
- Demonstrated ability to forge new relationships within customer accounts
- Demonstrated ability to work with customers to solve issues and balance the needs of the business with maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and documentation skills, including the ability to adapt comms for different teams, people, and show gravitas in the presence of senior stakeholders
- Personable, a strong relationship builder at all levels
- Awareness of industry trends, products, and new developments
- Flexible, can-do attitude, supportive of others, be that customers or colleagues
