The purpose of the Customer Services Team is to co-ordinate the planning, monitoring and delivery of the ‘customer experience’. Its core purpose will be to drive synergies of practice across the entire Estate and Facilities Management Division, managing customer experience, governance and operational safety, bringing coherence via Business Partnering to how activity relates to broader institutional objectives. It will drive connectivity to faculties, schools, and departments to support academic and professional service delivery.

The role will be the first point of contact for students, colleagues and visitors to the University. You will provide a high standard of customer care at all times, responding effectively to a broad range of enquiries through the operation of the Estate and Facilities Management Helpdesk, reception and Switchboard. The role will also provide administration support to all teams across the Estate and Facilities Management Department providing local administrative support to Campus Services Teams.
