Working with the Brand & Creative Manager you will set the vision for our brand and then implement its direction. In partnership with the marketing team, our Copywriter, Videography Manager and a team of designers you will create exciting and award-winning work that you’ll all want to write home about. Our challenge is to cut through with our customers and colleagues to create more awareness of who we are and what we do, build trust and get people to change their behaviours.

You’ll share our love for great creative, be a visual storyteller; someone who always wants to learn more, have a finger in every pie and ask all the silly questions others are too afraid to.

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

Primed to dive into any task & getting stuck in wherever, you’ll be a key player in a busy fast paced environment. As a conceptual and strategic thinker, we’ll look for you to be able to direct everything from a static social post, a theme for a large-scale event, through to a larger ATL brand campaign. You’ll need to not be afraid to get back onto the tools to execute your idea and critically you are excellent at forging relationships and pitching work into clients.

You’ll take ownership of the design process, from creative concepts through to delivery, across all channels for both internal and external communications, working in collaboration with the team and at times, our external agency partners. This will ensure we continue to evolve and challenge ourselves.

Key accountabilities in the role will include:

- Managing people
- Managing relationships with our freelance design roster - overseeing briefing and brand approvals
- Pro-actively keeping up to date with design and content best practice to help inform future execution
- Undertaking regular reviews of our content to ensure that the brand is consistently applied across all our customer touchpoints

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

We will be looking for you to have extensive experience as an art director at an agency or in-house and experience of managing people. We’ll want you to be able to demonstrate a good portfolio, with examples of great art direction across several different media as well as having the ability to sell ideas, both in person and in a deck. A good working knowledge of the main social channels will be beneficial as well as on the tools knowledge of Adobe Suite.
