**The Role**

The Property Administrator will assist the Property Management team with the following:

- First line in taking telephone calls, taking ownership of the issues arising from the calls including deposit and utility queries
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Update the client database with concise and accurate notes
- Liaise with tenants and property managers to arrange minor repairs with contractors
- Credit control
- Tenancy variations
- Re-lets and renewals
- Process requests to terminate tenancies and check tenancy agreements
- Administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enjoy taking ownership of your work
- Able to cope under pressure and multi-task ensuring that workload is prioritised
- Experience in dealing with complaints and great problem-solving skills
