Our client which is a prestigious accounting practice, is currently recruiting for multiple hires in their Bristol office. Where they deal with mid-corporates, owner-managed businesses, private clients and professionals, and provide robust, open and honestsupport. Their Restructuring and Insolvency offering spans across the UK.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Have a sound knowledge of current insolvency act
- Understand and appreciate key commercial aspects of the insolvent company
- Be able to prepare statutory reports to a high level
- Be comfortable speaking to company Directors and various external parties
- Administer a case portfolio, ensuring all statutory, regulatory procedures are met
- Provide regular progress reports to the manager including preparation of six-monthly case reviews.
- Identify and discuss with manager issues/problems and agree and complete appropriate actions.
- Ensure deadlines met.
- Be able to work on several different assignments at one time.
- Drafting/preparation of documents required for statutory processes (e.g. notices of general meeting, circulars to creditors, progress reports).
- Maintenance of case checklists, reporting and compliance diary, and electronic case records.
- Drafting all routine case correspondence.
- Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements.
- Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries.
- Occasional attendance at marketing events, possibly outside of normal working hours
