**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and mentoring junior staff members. Your expertise in retail operations and your passion for helping customers will contribute to an engaging shopping experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's merchandise and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing.
- Mentor and train new sales associates, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Participate in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and conducting stock takes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
