Breakfast Supervisor

**Hotel Collingwood** is located in Bournemouth close the beach and the town centre. We are currently seeking Food and Beverage Assistants to join the team.

**The focus of this role is to**:

- Working Breakfast you are able to promote a friendly, relaxing and professional environment, whilst ensuring all guests and receive an exceptional first impression and efficient service at the Hotel
- Your role will support the smooth running of the Restaurant area, serving and delivering our food & beverage offer.
- The food and beverage role is about working as part of the wider team to provide all guests with a high quality service.
- You will work in the restaurant and bar, good experience in these areas is an advantage.

**Skills/Experience required**
- You must enjoy working with customers in an F&B environment, with an ability to work on your own initiative.
- Flexibility will be key to this role as evening and weekend work (on a rota basis, including bank holidays), plus cover for annual leave and sickness will be required.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
