**Customer Service Administrator**
**Purpose**
This is a dynamic and varied role which involves working alongside our partnership companies as well as building exceptional rapport with new and existing clients.
Encouraging company growth is a key objective of this position.
Being part of a small company. the role and its responsibilities will vary and will be dictated by the business need.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Source and order parts for customers’ compressed air and vacuum equipment
- Produce quotations for spare parts and plant
- Record all relevant information on our Field Service Management and CRM Systems
- Keep customers advised on the progress of their order service - chase suppliers where necessary
- Issue invoices
- Provide aftersales support to customers, offering advice and guidance on technical queries
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, suppliers and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships and ensuring all customers are dealt with efficiently and effectively
- Assist the service team with daily standard operations
- Utilise all customer interactions to inform of services available
- Any other duties which commensurate with the accountabilities of the post
**Background and skills requirement**
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- A technical mindset that will enable product knowledge and understanding
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Very strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
- A professional and positive attitude to customer service
- A proactive and commercial approach to resolving customer queries
- A keen eye for detail - and for opportunity
