Here at **Peabody**, we have an opportunity for a **Leasehold Collections Admin Assistant** - 6 months FTC on a Permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road in South East London. In return you will receive a competitive salaryof **£25,000per annum.**

**What you can expect to be doing as our Leasehold Collections Admin Assistant**:

- Undertake all general administrative and office duties e.g. data entry, logging, responding and general management of correspondence, diary and file management and raising IPOS orders on behalf of the team.
- Support the collection of Sub-Unit arrears to ensure all debits are collected effectively and in a timely manner and ensuring sub-units are ‘ended’ in the appropriate system whilst also liaising with the Neighbourhood team to inform ‘ending action’ required.
- Support the collection of Communal Boiler arrears to ensure all debits are collected effectively and in a timely manner.
- Run all system letters including Arrears and Direct Debits.
- Order and send Rent Cards for new tenancies and block sign-ups to our customers as and when requested
- Manage the administration of Electronic Statements.
- Process credit refunds by collating paperwork and carrying out checks with the relevant local authority benefit department and liaising with the tenant up to completion.
- Support the process of raising invoices and the collection of rechargeable repairs to ensure all debits are collected effectively and in a timely manner.
- Take account payments via “All pay” and set up and amend Direct debits.
- Monitor incoming correspondence spreadsheet to ensure written responses are sent to residents. Update Team Leaders and Collections Officers weekly if any responses are overdue.
- Scan all correspondence on EDMS and add to post log.
- Maintain payment schedules from Management agency, liaising with the agency on all queries, rent increases and general enquiries.
- Maintain and update UC portal and respond to confirmation of rent within the agreed time frame.
- Notify and send annual general needs, supported rent increases and weekly secure rent increases to local authorities.

- Experience in administration
- Experience using Northgate or other CRM systems
- Experience within housing (Desirable)
