As a Luxury Showroom Display Board Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our showroom. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of display boards that highlight our luxury products. Your work will directly impact the customer experience, ensuring that our showroom reflects our brand’s commitment to quality and elegance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation & Setup: Install and set up display boards, in accordance with company standards and design specifications.
- Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain display boards to ensure they are in pristine condition; repair or replace damaged materials as necessary.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Operations team to ensure alignment with showroom aesthetics and brand guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of display materials, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely reordering.
- Customer Engagement: Provide support to the sales team by maintaining a visually appealing showroom that enhances the customer shopping experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during installation and maintenance tasks.
- You will work away from home regularly, when not travelling your time will be spent at our head office or warehouse in Melton Mowbray, Sixhills or Grantham assisting with any preparation required for works to be completed or carry out and ad hoc tasks as required by the business.

**Experience**:
Proven experience in installation, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for luxury design aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Carpentry and handy man experience is required
- Tiling experience would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
