**Better starts and ends with the customer**

We’ll look to you to work from a prospect database and call potential clients in the international investment community. Through questioning and discussion, you will fully establish their foreign exchange and banking processes and needs. You’ll discuss current economic and geopolitical issues, raise awareness as to how that would impact your prospects, and then go on to arrange qualified and pre-closed meetings for our sales management team to explain how our solutions can improve their processes. Using your commercial awareness, you will demonstrate the value of the proposition to the prospective customer, helping you achieve your daily, weekly and monthly targets. You will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring all lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads into the pipeline. You will also provide first-class service to our customers both internally and externally.

You will need the desire to succeed and the motivation to exceed targets. We will need you to use your previous outbound sales experience, excellent time management and customer service skills to engage with potential customers and identify their business needs with confidence. This is a role to start you in your career and if successful paves the way for you to become one of our senior salespeople

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following the Western Union Business Solutions divestiture announcement on August 4, 2021, recruitment efforts will continue for this position on behalf of Western Union. However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The hiring team will be able to answer any questions you may have.
