**The Role**:
As we scale, we're seeking a talented and driven **Demand Generation Specialist** to accelerate our growth by leading our marketing initiatives and driving quality leads into our sales pipeline. Working alongside our content producer and reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for transforming our content into strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives as well as developing and executing multi-channel campaigns. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, particularly in sales and product, to drive growth and success.
**Job responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**: Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns aimed at increasing top-of-funnel activities, inbound pipeline, and overall revenue.
- **Optimisation**: Leverage data to inform, test and refine campaigns, including SEO efforts, ensuring continuous optimisation and improvement of organic results. Track, measure, and optimise the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like HubSpot.
- **Data & Reporting**: Lead the reporting process for demand generation activities. Analyse performance data, provide insights, and uncover improvements to enhance the customer journey.
**Requirements**:
- **Analytical Mindset**: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to measure KPIs, draw insights from campaign performance, and iterate on strategies.
- **Funnel Optimisation**: Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) principles to optimize the entire customer journey.
- Proven success in **planning and executing multi-channel campaigns**, including SEO, paid social, events and webinars
- **Collaboration** skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams especially with Sales
**Benefits**
£55,000 - £75,000 depending on experience
