The Real Estate Coordinator is primarily a support function to the Real Estate Department. They are critical in managing and coordinating department data for reporting to the wider business. Their main task is to ensure budget and deal tracking data is up to date at all times, to ensure the preparation of reports and presentations. This role will heavily support the Real Estate team across the delivery of the next 3-5 years of growth and portfolio optimization.

Provide coordination support for the Real Estate Department by tracking new stores, renewals and closures in centralized spreadsheets.

Being the central source of managing all data on Real Estate activities, ensuring that accurate information is being produced.

Producing accurate data reports regularly to be sent out to the wider organization for business planning.

Assisting in the preparation of P&Ls and deal packets ensuring accuracy of data and compliance with current approved metrics

Manage the Post REC process of deal tracking

Critical date management of expirations, options, and opportunities to close stores

Maintain the Lease Tracking Report managing document flow through the Real Estate and Legal departments

Maintain permanent file of leases, estoppels, landlord notices, and other legal correspondence as well as the Legal Tracking Report

Assist in the completion of special ad-hoc projects and reports

Communicate with other departments regarding RE deals and status as needed

What are we looking for?

To be considered for this role we are ideally looking for the following skills and experience:
2-3 years in Real Estate administration or equivalent experience

Proficiency with Excel, Word, Power Point, and other general office software and machines

Good communication skills oral and written

Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong planning and organizing skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills
