We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Senior Sales Executive** to work within our team here at Thrive Homes The role will deliver Shared Ownership reservation, exchanges and completed sales in line with sales target. Provide and maintain excellent customer service and product knowledge. Ensuring all sales meet regulatoryrequirements.

**Requirements**:

- Manage Shared Ownership enquiries, dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner
- Arrange viewings and guide customers through the sales process
- Manage 3rd party agents where applicable
- Ensure comprehensive, up-to-date product/market knowledge in order to provide the highest possible standards of customer service and overcome objections and optimise sales performance
- Work closely with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that homes are finished to a high standard
- Organise and attend open events and viewing days to maximise brand awareness and sales
- Set up sales and legal packs for individual shared ownership conversion units
- Monitor and provide accurate up to date reports on all matters regarding sales/lettings
- Maintain key relationships with internal/external teams including solicitors, IFA and external Estate Agents to progress sales
- Ensure all sales information is up to date and recorded accurately on websites and other digital platforms
- Ensure sales data is input correctly on all databases, all files meet auditory requirements and are completed accurately
- Maintain regular liaison with Project Managers to monitor practical completion dates versus target, and availability of legal document requirements needed for sales completions.
- Assist with developing brand for new developments and work with brand agency to ensure to product information per development is correct.
- Updating sales valuation and the preparation of documentation for Signing/Sealing documents for Lease execution
**What you need to know**:

- A sound understanding of the Homes England Capital Funding Guide and affordability guidance
- In depth understanding and experience of delivering shared ownership sales
- A sound understanding of the sale conveyancing process
- Experience of working in a highly demanding and competitive sales environment
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written skills
