The shift patterns include working 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm. **Where you will be working** Location: 78 Park Road, Hampton Hill, Hampton, Middlesex, TW12 1HR. You will be working at 78 Park Road, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway.
