Delivery Lead

The Delivery Lead will work within the Integration Platform team. This team plays a key role in digital transformation and is accountable for building and enhancing the integrations built on our key platforms (MuleSoft Anypoint, SAP Integration Suite) ensuring it meets the demands of the business.

As a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master, you will work closely with the Integration Team Manager to make sure that the allocation of resources is appropriate and time planned is adequate. You will be facilitating the delivery team to ensure that the team can successfully deliver integrations to support desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets their delivery commitments.

**What you’ll be doing**

We want to bring together a team of brilliant tech minds with game changing ideas. We’re looking for people who will help us re-imagine the way we work and the way we get things done:

- Work closely with the Integration Solution Architects and Business IT teams during delivery sprints and ensure that everyone’s requirements and input is incorporated
- Work with other scrum masters/ project managers to ensure that the Integration Team plans will deliver integrations to fit the planned schedule.
- Work closely with the Release Manager to ensure no conflicts to the release schedule
- Ensure that the resources allocated to sprints are appropriately skilled and have the correct amount of time planned in - if not, they will escalate early.
- Manage the deliverables as tasks in Azure DevOps and make sure that the tasks are updated in a timely manner.
- Work with Architects, Integration Engineers in order to refine backlogs
- Own and drive all scrum ceremonies for the work assigned to their scrum team
- Contribute to improvements to the Integration Team ways of working and will help to reshape processes when required.
- Manage the Scrum Team members

**To be successful you will have the following skills and experience**:

- 3+ years of experience of working within a distributed software development team as a scrum master
- Understanding of integration concepts
- Experience of working within a DevOps environment and the related processes and controls
- Be a confident communicator with proven ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders as necessary
- A verifiable Scrum master certification
- Previous experience of vendor/partner management
