Reports to: Global Head of Professional Services

Proactis

What You'll Do

As Director of Professional Services, you'll lead a global team of Project Managers, Consultants, and our Manila Delivery Centre to drive operational excellence, margin growth, and customer success. You'll:


• Establish global standards and KPIs across Professional Services


• Build and evolve a scalable Service Catalogue and resource model


• Champion tech adoption for efficient project delivery and enablement


• Lead consulting-led initiatives to diversify revenue streams


• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability


• Monitor PS bookings, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction


• Strategically scale delivery capabilities through centers and partners
