PA opportunity in large professional services firm in the City of London, as PA to 3 Partners.

PA salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + a fantastic benefits package

Flexible/Hybrid Working (2 days working in office and 3 days working from home).

As a PA your duties will include:

- Diary management for the Partners
- Processing expenses, booking UK travel, organising trip itineraries and logistics
- E-mail management, screening phone calls
- Liaising with clients and PAs
- Note taking at internalmeetings
- Raising invoices
- Preparing and formatting documents, letters, reports, company correspondence
- Collating and printing of agendas, presentations and meeting papers
- Production of PowerPoint presentations
- Working with the Marketing Team to produce tenders, events, pitches, etc.
- Involvement in committees relating to PA and administrative support/processes for the wider firm
- Proving cover for the firm's other PAs
- PA experience minimum of 18 months to 2 years
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work on their own initiative
- Good MS Office skills
