This City based global financial services organisation are looking for a PA to join them on a temporary basis and for the right PA, there is also a strong potential that this could become a permanent role with a highly competitive salary on offer. The PAwill be responsible for supporting the Global Head of Markets along with additional support to the EA to CEO / Chair.

The PA will be responsible for; extensive diary management resolving clashes / changes with initiative, arranging meetings both internally and externally across multiple timezones; arranging complex global travel including logistics and accommodation, visasand providing detailed itineraries, supporting on roadshows; processing expenses; organising internal and external international conferences; preparing correspondence / reports/ presentations and meeting materials; minute taking for weekly temp meetings; and,other duties corresponding to the traditional elements of a PA role.

The ideal applicant will possess:

- Proven experience within a similar EA / PA role ideally supporting at senior level within a professional services environment or similar
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proactive and forward thinking nature with strong problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
