We’re looking for an E-Commerce Dispatch Assistant to join our growing E-Commerce team. Whether you have experience in E-Commerce or are someone with a relevant skillset looking to get into E-Commerce, we want to hear from you.

As an E-Commerce Dispatch Assistant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the coordination of order dispatch from all Ben Burgess locations, making sure this happens within the set fulfillment window for customers. You’ll need to be able to work independently and as part of a small team, being able to respond to any issues raised by the E-commerce team as quickly as possible. Your exceptional customer service skills will need to be put to use by offering product assistance, responding to inquiries and handling complaints and escalations.

**Your responsibilities as an E-Commerce Dispatch Assistant**:

- Picking, packing, and dispatching incoming orders quickly and efficiently.
- Assisting our on-site parts teams with other goods inwards/outwards responsibilities.
- Picking new products requested by the E-Commerce manager to be photographed.
- Communicating with the E-Commerce department to ensure deadlines for orders are met.
- Liaise with and build a close working relationship with Key internal Stakeholders and external agencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle complaints and escalations, and offer product assistance to our customers.
- A high level of organisational skills and exhibit dedication to maintaining and tidy workspace.
- Experience with e-commerce systems such as Woo-Commerce, eBay, and Amazon, helpful but not essential.
- High motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent IT skills and numerical ability.
- Strong communication skills, particularly a high level of written communication skills.
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence essential.
- Forklift Licence, helpful but not essential.

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
