It may take some time to bring you up to speed with the way we work and there will be a significant amount of data management initially as part of this role, however as your time at the company progresses you will be involved in more in-depth marketing processes.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is vital for driving a positive first impression of the brand to online customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s tone of voice by creating engaging and search friendly product listings, as well as assisting in general onsite maintenance of all published products and their images to ensure all products remain accurate, up to date and well-presented across all channels to maximise sales.

- Working closely with other departments to give customers a positive shopping experience.
- Developing supplier relationships and identifying new product opportunities.
- **Product Management**: Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including updating product listings and manage product inventory. This includes managing product pricing, imagery, attributes, categories, and specifications to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- **Upsell Products**: Add additional products a customer may also have an interest in to a product listing.
- **Content Updates**: Including product titles, creative descriptions, dimensions, weights, volumes, images, and prices to maintain accurate information across all ecommerce platforms.
- **Support Online Strategy**: Support the overall online strategy by collaborating with other team members on projects and initiatives designed to drive online growth and customer engagement. Ensure all product listings are accurate, searchable, and properly categorised.
- **Conduct Competitor Analysis**:Play a part in the ongoing competitor analysis and identify any suggestions on product price changes. Identify trends to enhance content strategy.
- **Trouble Shooting**: Help investigate any issues with systems, products and channels as part of everyday housekeeping.
- **Auditing Product Offering**:Undertake regular checks of products and categories across all channels to ensure all products are commercially appealing.
- **SEO**: Research keywords and optimise content for a higher placement search engine ranking.
**Essential Skills/Experience You Will Need**:
