**About this Supa opportunity**

This role ensures the supasmooth and seamless running of the Supacolour UK operation so we produce awesome work for every customer - on time, every time.

This operational role in the Supacolour team is essential in managing, understanding, and driving the overall workflow of the entire site. You will have ownership of rostering and scheduling, stock ordering, reporting, ensuring the site has everything needed to be effective and efficient. It is a given that you are process driven and supaorganised

You are a natural leader; supporting people to be the best they can be, you simply talk the talk and walk the walk. You’re setting expectations around workflow and driving accountability through the site along with the usual people leader responsibilities: hiring newbies, checking in via one to ones, coaching, completing formal reviews and managing performance.

With a calm solutions focused mindset you’ll tackle problems head on and fast, you understand urgency and how to communicate effectively to harness the positive energy that is all around us. You are adaptable and stay ahead by seeing the opportunities presented as this is simply in your DNA along with a logical and methodical approach.

**To be Supa successful in this position**:

- You will have previous experience in the printing industry
- You are highly organized in your approach to things.
- You work in front of the factory and can foresee problems before they happen.
- You are fluent in all aspects of screen printing from an operational and a production standpoint.
- You lead people naturally.
- Understand a factory workflow and impacts.
- You have the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a broad range of people.
- Computer and tech savvy
