A. M. Phillip Trucktech Ltd is recruiting for a **Trainee Service Advisor** to join the team at our new Prep Centre in Forfar.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual will a desire to develop their knowledge and skills within an office environment.
- The key responsibilities will be:_
- To ensure that information on our Data Management system is accurately maintained.
- Collaborate with other branches to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Assist with coordinating the scheduling of Technicians, Drivers and Valeters.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- The Person:_
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Team player and great interpersonal skills.
- You will be organised and able to multitask in a fast pace working environment.
- Ability to learn new IT systems is a must.
