Our **Jewson** team in **Prestwick **are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Customer Service Advisor working 16 hours per week
- Monday 7:30-5pm, Friday 12pm-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm**

A **Customer Service Advisor** is an essential role within the branch network, you will have the opportunity to experience a bit of everything from working in the branch. This role has a strong focus on customer service, so it is great for someone who loves to build relationships with customers both face to face and over the phone.

**Hours of work**:
16 hours per week (Monday 7:30am-5pm Friday 12pm-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm)

Branch Opening Hours Monday to Friday 730am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12noon

**What will I be doing after the training?**
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
- Generating sales with new and existing customers
- Providing administrative support to the branch manager, producing accurate reports
