Woking, United Kingdom Care Fertility Group Limited Full time

**Would you love a job where you can really help people?**

As a Patient Administrator (or CAREpals coordinator as we’ll call you) you’ll be instrumental in guiding patients through their treatment journey at CARE Fertility.

This is a hugely varied and wide-ranging role. You’ll be assigned patients, who you’ll support and be their point of contact for any question or query they may have. You’ll also arrange appointments, signpost to other CARE services, raise quotations andinvoices, take payments, and send patient treatment information.

It is an administration-based role but it’s not purely administration. Yes, you will be performing general administration duties and making sure that each 'i’ is dotted and each 't’ is crossed however, you will not be sat behind a desk all day This is anin-depth role, with huge variation which involves you liaising with everybody, from all disciplines, across the clinic as well as with other CARE clinics and third parties.

**About you**

Previous experience of working in administration in a medical environment would be ideal as you will have a better understanding of the role. However, it is not essential, as long as you’re flexible, eager to learn, are able to work alone as well as partof a team and have great attention to detail.

Experience in both customer service and administration is also desirable as you should have a strong understanding of delivering excellence to and for people, (both written and verbal), with accuracy and in a timely fashion. We are looking for great teamplayers with a desire for continuous personal and professional development who are able to work as part of a team and independently.

Attention to detail cannot be stressed enough, this is a medical environment and mistakes are extremely costly to everybody involved as well as potentially being dangerous.

Excellent verbal and written communication is required as you’ll be dealing with people from all backgrounds and disciplines, making and taking calls, delivering a high-quality patient experience - you will be acting as a CARE Fertility ambassador in allof your interactions.

**A little more?**

This is a part-time role based at 5 Hill View Rd, Woking GU22 7HW. If you drive, we have onsite parking.

Working 30hrs a week from 09:00-17:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

In a company where hard work and great results are recognised, you can look forward to a supportive culture of collaboration where we value each other. Benefits include:

- Salary of 16,000 (£20,000 Full Time)
- 26 Days annual leave (inc. public holidays) - 33 Full Time.
- Pension scheme.
- Life assurance.
- A range of flexible benefits to suit your needs.
