Senior Fire Assets Auditor

Join RMG as a Senior Fire Asset Auditor and help ensure the safety and compliance of residential buildings across your region. You'll be part of a team committed to high-quality service and creating safe environments for residents and clients.
More about your role
You will carry out and oversee a programme of fire asset audits across a defined region—inspecting apartment and communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms, lifts and more. You'll report clearly on findings, travel daily to multiple sites, and occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs. As a senior member of the team, you'll also line-manage Fire Asset Auditors across various locations, providing HR support, mentoring, performance management, and helping to plan and prioritise tasks. National travel to support the team will also be required.
More about you
You'll have a keen eye for detail and strong experience in fire asset auditing or compliance. You're confident managing remote teams and their performance, and can provide clear, supportive leadership. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to travel are essential.
