H175 Tre

Job Summary

We have an opportunity for an existing H175 TRE to move into a sim only / non-line flying training position. Your principal responsibility as a ‘Sim Only’ TRE is supporting the training department in providing theoretical and practical training to H175 crews. During this training, NHV and regulatory standards should always be maintained, with safety as our highest priority. The TRE reports to the STC & Training Manager for all aspects of their training duties and will perform tasks and duties as listed below.

Respons. & areas
- Display relevant knowledge, background and appropriate experience related to the privileges of an examiner.
- Provide simulator training to company H175 pilots, initial and recurrent, up to NHV standards (Marseilles, France).
- Provide ground courses to H175 pilots.
- Stay current with new regulations/ requirements (UK/ EASA/ Country specific).
- Evaluate student’s progress and performance, issues and problems and inform the training department about weak simulator or ground performances in a timely manner.
- Prepare necessary documents and reports as required.
- Assisting the training department in further developing H175 training programs.
- Incorporate occurrences/incidents into company training programs.
- Witness and conduct Operator Proficiency Checks and Proficiency Checks under the supervision of the Fleet Senior Training Captain or any other person nominated by NP CT.
- Maintain your own skills to high standards while being a role model for colleagues.

Experience
- Preferably a holder of a UK and EASA ATPL(H).
- Qualified H175 TRE
- SFI / SFE privileges
